WEDDING TIMELINE
Church Ceremony – 3pm to 4pm
Pictures – 4:15pm to 5:15pm (wedding party and family)
Guests Check-in – (4pm-5:30pm): During this time all guests are encouraged to check into their hotels (if the hotel doesn’t have early check-in) or find a local watering hole to post up at 
Cocktail Hour – 6pm to 7pm
Entrance of Wedding Party into Atrium – 7:15pm to 7:20pm
First Dance – 7:20pm to 7:30pm
Entrance into Ballroom and Seating for Dinner – 7:30pm
Toasts – 7:40pm to 8pm

Dinner – 8pm to 9pm
Reception and Dancing – 9pm to 9:45pm
Cake Cutting – 9:50pm to 10pm
Reception and Dancing – 10pm to 10:50pm
Last Dance and Farewell – 11pm
All guests driving straight to the church are encouraged to use the available parking lot located at the intersection of N. Liberty Street and W Saratoga Street; it is a street level parking lot with a sign that says “Charles Center Parking . The street address is: 227 Liberty Street (“Charles Parking”)(East side) – it is a small outdoor lot, located one block away and around the corner from the church which is at 114 W. Saratoga Street.”
This lot has been rented for only the ceremony; after our wedding there will be another so please remember to move your car. Additional parking can be located by entering the following phrase into google maps: “parking loc: 114 West Saratoga Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-3592 (St Alphonsus Church & Shrine).”
All guests driving straight to the reception can use roadside parking or nearby public parking lots. Entering the following phrase into google maps: “parking loc: 111 W Mt Vernon Pl Baltimore, Maryland 21201” will show nearby lots.
We encourage guests staying at local hotels to use taxis as the church and reception venue are within a 1.5/2 mile radius of the Inner Harbor.
Wedding Party Hotel:
The wedding party will be staying at the Hitlon Baltimore – 401 West Pratt Street Baltimore, Maryland, USA, 21201, 1-443-573-8700.
Below are the Hilton’s booking instructions if you would like to join the group rate (spaces are filling up very fast due the Preakness Horse Races:
Call the main Hilton Reservation number: 1-800-445-8667, state the dates you are arriving/leaving and quote the group code: “DEB”. …”DEB”…not case sensitive.The negotiated rate is $189.00. Depending on availability, you may be able to choose from a king or a two double bed room. For ballpark views the rate may increase.
Other Options:
I suggest checking out www.Hotels.com, for those of you who plan to stay in the city but cannot get a room inthe Hilton. The Sheraton and the Radisson are very near to the Hilton. For cheaper options, look toward the hotels near BWI airport. BWI is only 9 miles from the church and venue and cabs should be plentiful in both directions.
